Hello beautiful human,
Mandy here. I want you to know how much I am looking forward to sharing this work with you. This style of journey has absolutely changed my life and I know it will deeply impact yours. I’ve seen it help over 300 people. Like any good adventure, preparation is key. In this document you’ll find thoughtful journal prompts, podcasts, Youtubes and more. Save this document on your computer so you can easily access it. Also, I recommend putting a few blocks on your calendar now to set aside time to reflect. Life gets away from us some times and you want to make time for this.
There is no question too big or too small leading up to the journey. I encourage you to have a 1 on 1 call with Kaitlin (my assistant coach) and email her or myself with any questions. Here is her calendly and email kaitlin@mandyhamilton.com
