Imagine this… an immersive sound and visual temple where you get to dive into your body and soul. You’ll find this epic event is at Temple SF in downtown SF. There are floor to ceiling top of the line LED panels customized to a Saharan desert theme for class accompanies with recorded and live sound healing by Mandy and Power Vinyasa Flow taught by MG Brills.

Doors open 5:30p, yoga begins at 6pm and goes until 7:15p. There is a lovely lounge area available for before and after class until 8p. Snacks and beverages (tea) available for free.

All mats and props provided.
